Hi Everyone.  I am trying to get a FOOD CART business started but I am tired of being sent in circles to find the correct specs to build to!  Anyone have any experience with MA?  My cart is sausages, cheese steaks, pulled pork.  I plan to convert to BBQ in the fall.  Thanks…

Yes we do events in Ma and the big thing is if your going to have a trailer or Truck you will need a hood system with fire suppression.  If you have any questions you can call me during the week at 860-760-5990
