I’m grilling gourmet hot dogs at a 4th of July event that is expected to have 6,000 or so attendees. There will only be (3) protein vendors and I am trying to figure out how many hot dogs and how many staff I should plan on having. I will be setting up at 8:00 a.m. and serving until 9:00 p.m.
Any rules of thumb that I can go by ?
I just did an event in the same area where I sold 120 hot dogs to 300 people over 6 hours but that math seems awfully good percentage .
any thoughts are welcome
