Greater Fort Kent Area Chamber of Commerce

The mission of the Greater Fort Kent Area Chamber of Commerce is to promote and advance a healthy business environment through tourism, economic vitality, and community development while preserving our rich cultural heritage. We host annual events which include: Scarecrow Festival, Ploye Festival, Arts & Crafts Fair, Small Business Saturday, and the Fort Kent Christmas Tree Lighting. We also work with and help to promote events such as: International Muskie Derby, the CanAm Crown International Sled Dog Races, UMFK Homecoming, Pond Fest, Long Lake Ice Fishing Derby, Wesget Sipu Pow Wow and much more. Our coverage area includes the towns of Allagash, Cross Lake Township, Eagle Lake, Fort Kent, Frenchville, New Canada, Portage Lake, St. Agatha, St. Francis, St. John Plantation, Sinclair, and Wallagrass.
